We have a CEO, COO, CMO, and several contractors in the creative space.

Taking initiative and serving and leading with a goal of excellence.
Who will the resident report to? Will there be a different person acting as coach?
Depending on the intern, it would be one of the C-Suite.
Are there particular assessment tools that you prefer when exploring potential staff people?
DISC, enneagram, and StrengthFinder 2.0.
How long has senior leadership been serving in your organization?
I’ve been in ministry for 31 years and started this company in 2017.

A heart for the local church and the desire to not only see it survive but thrive.

Lead pastors, executive pastors, and all church staff who desire to work outside the church to supplement their income.

Our team is in the Southeast. Our headquarters are in Charlotte, NC.

It’s flexible and will be determined by the type and quality of intern we recruit.

They are flexible to set their own hours. We’ll have one team meeting a week.
