Leadership Pathway launched in the fall of 2017 to help churches find, support, and develop future leaders. There simply are not enough people choosing vocational ministry, and many are in need of a better path forward.

We know the secret to the longevity of future leaders is equipping those currently serving in how to develop the next generation.

Over the last 7 years there have been many moments where quitting felt like the viable option on the table. I’m so glad we didn’t. We could continue on as is and do a really nice job, but I’m not content and know that this missional call is for more churches than ever to launch a sustainable leadership residency and I believe that Leadership Pathway is poised to do that.
