What will we cover?

My church already works with Lp — should I attend?
Absolutely! Do a deeper dive and get questions answered. You can be a resource for others and network with your ministry peers from across the country.
How is this different from coaching or a normal Lp partnership?
A normal Lp partnership is over two years in length and is grounded in monthly coaching. This gathering is an intensive 2-day training all about how to start a residency to recruit, support and develop the next generation of leaders for your team.
Can I host a Masterclass at my organization?
