How does he find, equip, inspire, motivate and lead a small army that would show up to run a camp for 700 college students? He is changing the narrative of Gen Z. These are not the ones who are entitled, lifeless, and disinterested in ministry. These are passionate go-getters on fire for Jesus and his purposes. How does he uncover this and what can we learn from a 25 year old leader?
Austin lives in Central Phoenix where he is the campus pastor for Skyline Wesleyan and crams hundreds of students into a very small building every Thursday evening.
