Where Do Residents Come From?

Lp has had more residents sign offer letters this year than all of last year.

People ask all the time where do you find residents? The answer is we don’t find all of them, but we do teach churches on how to find them as well. So here's a quick scan of the most recent signees and where they came from:

A chiropractor who was looking for a path to be a worship pastor

A recent college grad who passed last year, we kept talk to him and he came back for a different opportunity

College drop-out who has been working a job for the last 3 years

She had been away at college and is returning to her home church to do residency

From within their own church

A senior pastor recommendation to a young production volunteer

Graduate of a prestigious Small Liberal Arts College

Various Christian College Undergraduates

A 26 year-old dynamic youth leader volunteer who needed a path to vocational ministry

A missions trip in the Czech Republic

A high school English teacher

Online at Liberty University

The Army (two tours in Iraq and thanks for your service!)

A veteran high-school principal who wants to be a kids pastor

They found Lp on social, indeed.com, or a random google search

What do they all have in common? They all see themselves in local, vocational ministry, leading something two years from now.
