We want to invest in discipling future generations and prepare them for real world applications with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
What is it like to work on staff there?
Missional, Fun, gospel centered, friendly, casual but it can be intense.

We have about 50% connected through Lifegroups, Men’s groups, and Women’s connections groups, which 87% of those that call Trinity home are involved in a group.
What is your church known for in the community?
Teaching, and worship. Before Covid we had large Events like Egg hunts and Summer camps. Post Covid we are rethinking the way we must do church in our unique community.
How much are you planning on financially compensating your resident? Is it set or is it flexible?
$1000 per month (reimbursements) and housing and food.
What are the expected work hours and what does a typical work week look like for this resident?
The office is open Monday – Friday. With events and services over the weekend. In the future the mission house will also operate as an Air B&B to provide a location for guests visiting our local vineyards, Regional cities like Oakland, San Jose, SF, and parks. This will provide Future Resident Assistants to learn about operating an Air B&B and have opportunities to share the gospel with guests in our large 3,300 sf renovated campus home.
