Daily Reminders...the Next Generation of Leaders

This is a picture of a simple coaster that sits on my desk. Every morning I walk to my desk and typically set my coffee cup down on it.

More than just keeping a coffee stain off of my cheap IKEA desk, this ninety cent coaster is a continual reminder to pray for the next generation of potential church leaders.

Each day when I hear of a new Leadership Pathway resident taking the leap to begin a residency, I write their name on the back of the coaster. They are, in essence, added to my daily prayer.

Are you praying for anyone, by name, to think about being the next preacher or staff leader at a church? They are needed like never before.
