Since the launch of Momentum Christian Church in McDonough, GA in 2007, the heartbeat of Momentum has been to help people experience life the way it was meant to be. We believe that God has created everyone with great things in mind, and we want to come alongside them and help them experience life to the full!

What are your greatest hopes and dreams for the next couple of years for your church?
To reach people for Jesus and have high impact on our communities. To maximize our facilities at both campuses to serve our church family and very intentionally the community.
Why did you choose to do a residency & what do you hope will happen through this process?
One of our values is development. Most of the staff has come from within or through internships/residency. We believe in raising up leaders for the church.
What is it like to work on staff there? Fun, united atmosphere.
Work hard, play hard. We have a great staff culture and strive for unity & chemistry.

Please describe the current staff structure.
We are staff led, elder protected. We have a staff leadership team that sets the direction and leads staff. We have staff specific to both campuses and we have staff who set direction for both campuses.

We give ourselves away

We do weekly communion, baptism by immersion. Trinity. Bible is God’s word

Little different between both our campuses but our McDonough Campus where this person will serve. Is growing rapidly in diversity.

We’re not really sure, but we are rebuilding since COVID.

Serving, being a great partner, Ice Cream Truck

Full time hours here are 45ish.
