This past year has been the best yet in our 7-year history. We’ve had more residents serving at churches than ever, and we tripled the number of residents placed into churches this year.

We believe 2025 will be a pivotal year as we seek to double this impact over the next three years by our 10th birthday, but we cannot do this without your help. A gift of $25, $50, or $100 monthly will help push us towards this goal.

Leadership Pathway has been serving churches across the country for 7 years now, and it is our hope to double our impact by our 10th birthday. This means forging more relationships with churches we don't yet know.

We will do this in three strategic ways in 2025:
1. Residency masterclass scholarships
2. The launch of our book, “Who’s the Next You?” and online marketing
3. Networking through conferences with a new booth and marketing.

Over the last 7 years there have been many moments where quitting felt like the viable option on the table. I’m so glad we didn’t. We could continue on as is and do a really nice job, but I’m not content and know that this missional call is for more churches than ever to launch a sustainable leadership residency and I believe that Leadership Pathway is poised to do that.
