House Right Production
House Right Production is a company that designs and installs audio, video, lighting & acoustics in churches across the U.S. They are based in Lexington, KY. This will be the fourth resident that they have taken on with the express interest in landing them in full-time ministry.

What are your greatest hopes and dreams for the next couple of years for your organization?
That we continue to serve churches well, see the Kingdom advance, and help as many churches as possible.

How many full-time employees do you currently have?
Twenty-Two, there are a handful of Part Timers and sub contractors as well.
Please describe the current staff structure.
Minimal middle management. Founder, (2) GMs, (2) front line managers. Everyone reports to one or two of these four people.
What qualities does it take to “win” on staff at your organization?
· Proactive by nature
· Desire to work for knowledge (Independently research and self-teach in areas of interest)
· Listen and then ask questions
Who will the resident report to? Will there be a different person acting as coach?
Reporting to the install lead for the team they are assigned to. Installation manager will coach the resident. GM – contract execution will coordinate between internal parties and the partner church contact to ensure the resident is on track with our curriculum roadmap.

Introverts J seriously we are primarily a bunch of engineer-types, with a few extroverted sales guy throw in.
Where do you work?
Yes, we have work sites all over the US. There will be travel required. A lot of travel. You’ll get too see the U.S.!

We have grown at about 25% year over year for the past several years.

$1,200 per month

Travel is expected 60% - you will work hard and play hard with us.
